Stages of Cooperation
1
Application for cooperation
The prospective partner submits an application for collaboration, providing information about his or her company, specialty and services offered.
2
Pre-screening
We pre-screen based on the information provided in order to assess the partner's suitability for our requirements and goals.
3
Video Verification
We arrange a video verification with the potential partner, in which we hold an online meeting to get to know each other in person, discuss the details of the collaboration and establish a relationship of trust.
4
Competency and Experience Analysis
We conduct a competency and experience analysis of the potential partner, assessing their expertise in various areas of HR, such as recruitment, skills development, performance management and others.
5
Reputation Check
We perform a business reputation check on the partner by referring to his or her previous clients, as well as reviewing performance reviews and references.
6
Cooperation Agreement
After successfully completing all of the previous steps, we conclude a partnership agreement that defines the terms of the partnership, including areas of cooperation, responsibilities and obligations.
7
Commencement of Collaboration
We formally begin collaboration with the partner based on the agreement, and begin working together to provide services to our clients

*Video verification allows us to establish a closer relationship and verify professionalism.

It allows us to assess the communication skills, expertise and professional behavior of the partner more visually before we start working together. It is an important step for quality assurance and successful development of HR partnerships.
